Who we are
This website is operated by Sophia Luu, a California real estate salesperson (DRE #02039890) licensed under Century Financial Group, Corp. (DRE #01930905), 8295 Bolsa Avenue, Midway City, CA 92655. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sophia Luu and the responsible broker.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Private Consultation form: name, email address, phone number (optional), your primary objective, and any message you write.
- Home Valuation (CMA) request: name, email address, property address, property type, bedroom count, and approximate square footage.
- 2026 Seller Playbook request: name and email address.
- Your contact preferences: whether you opted in to marketing emails or text messages.
- Voice assistant: if you choose to start a conversation with the on-site voice assistant, your voice audio, the conversation transcript, and anything you say in it.
- Emails and calls you send to us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Security check: each form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request.
- Browser storage: we store a small value in your browser to remember that you closed the site disclaimer, and a
googtranscookie when you choose a translation language. Neither is used for advertising.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics on this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and provide real estate services.
- To prepare a comparative market analysis (CMA) for a property you ask about.
- To send the guide or materials you requested.
- To send market updates by email or text message, but only if you opted in. You can withdraw at any time.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and misuse of the website.
- To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping duties, including those of the responsible broker under California law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We disclose personal information only:
- To the responsible broker, Century Financial Group, Corp., which supervises real estate activity and keeps transaction records as required by law.
- To service providers that process data on our behalf under contract: website hosting (Vercel), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), form routing and email delivery (n8n), the voice assistant (ElevenLabs), and page translation (Google Translate).
- With your direction, for example to a lender, escrow officer, or other professional you ask us to involve in a transaction.
- When required by law, for example to respond to a subpoena or a regulator such as the California Department of Real Estate.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for any longer period required by law. California generally requires real estate brokers to keep transaction records for three years. Voice-assistant conversations are kept by the provider under its own retention settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and whom we disclosed it to.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as broker recordkeeping duties.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.
- Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.
To make a request, email info@sophialinhluu.org or call (714) 452-8009. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity by matching information you already gave us. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority.
Emails, texts, and calls
Submitting a form lets us contact you about that request. Marketing emails and text messages are sent only if you check the opt-in box, and consent is never a condition of any service or purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To stop text messages, reply STOP. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@sophialinhluu.org. Message and data rates may apply.
The on-site voice assistant is an automated AI system, not a person. Conversations with it are recorded and transcribed so they can be answered and reviewed. Do not start a conversation if you do not agree to this.
Do Not Track
Because this website does not track visitors across other websites, it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions pass through a spam check before they reach us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or similar sensitive details through website forms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
